Ingredients
- 750g beef mince
- 3/4c fresh bread crumbs
- 150g bought chargrilled capsicum
- 1/4c pitted olives, sliced
- 1/4c shredded basil
- 1 garlic clove, crsuhed
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 red onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs basil
- 120g salad leaves
Directions
- Combine mince, breadcrumbs, capsicum, olives, basil, garlic, egg, half onion in bowl. Season and shape into 8 patties.
- Cook patties on bbq plate.
- Combine tomato, oil, extra basil and onion in a bowl. Season.
- Serve with salad leaves.
Can be served with Garlic lemon potatoes.
