Ingredients

  • 140ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 100ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup parsley leaves, chopped
  • 3/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
  • 4 green shallots, sliced

Directions

  1. Whisk together and season with salt and pepper.
