Cumin and garlic spinach (serves 4)


  • 2 tsp extra light olive oil
  • 3 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 bunches english spinach, washed, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • naan bread


  1. Cook cumin and garlic in pan for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Serve with Lamb tikka with naan and tzatziki
