Ingredients
- 2 tsp extra light olive oil
 - 3 tsp cumin seeds
 - 2 garlic cloves, sliced
 - 2 bunches english spinach, washed, dried
 - salt and pepper
 - naan bread
 
Directions
- Cook cumin and garlic in pan for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
 
Serve with Lamb tikka with naan and tzatziki
