Ingredients

  • 350g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seed powder

Directions

  1. Lightly beat the yoghurt in a bowl and add the onion, cihlli and tomatoes, stirring well. Add the chopped coriander, chilli powder and salt. Check proportions and adjust as necessary.
  2. Chill and served with cumin powder sprinkled on top.
