- 350g natural yoghurt
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
- Lightly beat the yoghurt in a bowl and add the onion, cihlli and tomatoes, stirring well. Add the chopped coriander, chilli powder and salt. Check proportions and adjust as necessary.
- Chill and served with cumin powder sprinkled on top.
