Monkey bread

Ingredients 85ml milk 50ml water 10g sugar 10g yeast 1 egg 30g butter, melted and cooled 310g bread flour 1 tsp salt Butter mix 80g butter 45g sesame seeds 2 cloves garlic 1 tbs chopped fresh coriander or parsley 2 red chillies, chopped and seeded 1/2 tsp salt Directions Preheat oven to 170C. Chocolate chip cookies

This is the best recipe ever for chocolate chip cookies. Sometimes I use dark and milk chocolate bits for this recipe… and sometimes I add a bit extra for good luck. They are just so good! Carrot cake

I sometimes double the spices in this recipe because I enjoy the flavour but it is up to you. Caramel mud cake

This tastes much better if you are very generous with the amount of golden syrup you add. Ingredients 200g butter 200g white chocolate 200g dark brown sugar 3/4c hot water 1 tbs golden syrup 2 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 150g plain flour 150g self raising flour 1 tsp baking powder Directions Preheat oven to 180C. Honey, Banana and Macadamic cake

I made this recipe yesterday and it was delicious. I substituted some of the honey for golden syrup because I didn’t have quite enough, and also used almonds instead of macadamias because I didn’t have any. It still tasted beautiful!
