Chocolate berry dessert


  • 125g light cream cheese, softened
  • 150g white, dark or milk Toblerone chocolate, melted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
  • 300g berries (fresh or frozen and defrosted)


  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fold through melted chocolate.
  2. Fold beaten egg white into chocolate mixture and spoon into small glasses in alternating layers with the berries.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
