  • 2tsp yeast
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs oil
  • about 3 1/2 cups flour


  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/3 cup of water and leave for approximately 10 minutes.
  2. Stir rest of ingredients, minus flour in. Add one cup of flour mix. Add remaining flour a little at a time.
  3. Rest dough 5-10 minutes.
  4. Knead for 3 minutes.
  5. Coat dough in oil and allow to rise until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down dough and refridgerate or use.
