Lamb / Recipes

Ingredients

  • 800g lamb mince
  • 75g toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tbs lemon rind
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 1 egg
  • Babaghanoush to serve

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients, mix patties. Cook on bbq.
  2. Serve with Tabouli.
