- 125g light cream cheese, softened
- 150g white, dark or milk Toblerone chocolate, melted
- 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
- 300g berries (fresh or frozen and defrosted)
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and fold through melted chocolate.
- Fold beaten egg white into chocolate mixture and spoon into small glasses in alternating layers with the berries.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
