- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 tbs caster sugar
- 300ml cream
- 1/2 cup soda water
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line tray with baking paper.
- Combine flour, sugar, 1/2 cup of cream, and soda in a large bowl. Mix to a soft dough. Kneed until smooth and then roll out and cut rounds with a cutter. Place on tray and brush with milk. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
