This is delicious served warm with butter, cream cheese or ricotta. Ingredients 1/2 cup bran cereal 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 tsp mixed spice 1 cup chopped dried fruit 1 cup milk Directions Preheat oven to 180C and grease and line a loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into prepared tin. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
