This is my Grandma’s recipe and it makes for a really delicious addition to desserts. Ingredients 2 lemons, rind and juice 1 cup sugar 50g butter 2 eggs (beaten) Directions Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a low heat until the mixture simmers. Continue cooking for a few more minutes, constantly stirring. Store in the fridge.

Ingredients 200g butter 200g white chocolate 200g dark brown sugar 3/4c hot water 1 tbs golden syrup 2 tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 150g plain flour 150g self raising flour 1 tsp baking powder Directions Preheat oven to 180C.
