Ingredients
- 16 flat mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- GREMOLATA
- 2 tbs chopped parsely
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tsp lemon rind
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients for gremolata and place on mushrooms. Cook under grill or on bbq until tender.
