  • 16 flat mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs chopped parsely
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tsp lemon rind
  • salt and pepper


  1. Mix ingredients for gremolata and place on mushrooms. Cook under grill or on bbq until tender.
